Romania

December 2016

This was my second time visiting  Romania.  Having good friends living in Bucharest makes me want to visit them often.  The first time I went was 2 years ago, and I went to visit The Bran Castle or the Dracula castle, which was one of the highlight of that trip.   This time around, we concentrated more of our road trip in the Transylvanian region.  It was Christmas time, so the full spirit of the holiday was fully evident.  This was where I visited my first Christmas Market, and where I found my new love of Vin Fiert (hot wine).  Hopefully someday I will be able to make some for family and friends.
